Book your taxi to Koh Chang
Choose the route and the car, and the price appears at once. The form takes about two minutes, and the booking number arrives by email straight after. The form only takes the order, and nothing is paid on it.
What the form asks
In the first step you pick where you start and where you finish, and the car. When Laem Ngop is one end, a drop-down list shows the piers: Ao Thammachat, Center Point, and Krom Luang, the pier of the boats to Koh Mak. When Laem Sok is one end, the list shows the Laem Sok pier, where the boats to Koh Kood leave. Pick the one on your ticket.
In the second step you give the date, the time, the number of passengers and the place of pick-up or drop-off. At an airport you give your flight number. In the last step you give your name, email and phone number with the country code. A tick box adds a return trip with its own date and time.
Island or pier
Book Koh Chang when your hotel is on the island. The car crosses on the ferry with you, and the driver takes you to the hotel. Book a pier when you travel on by boat to Koh Mak or Koh Kood, or when you want to cross on foot. The taxi to a pier ends at the pier, and the piers page helps you choose.
Hotels on the island are written in the second step. Add the name of the hotel and the beach, for example Kai Bae or Bang Bao.
After you send it
A confirmation with the booking number arrives by email within a minute or two. We keep in touch by email or WhatsApp at +66 99 393 6644, and the driver has your number. A change of time, flight or pier needs only a short message.

Paying and extras
You pay the driver in cash, or by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, transfer by QR code or bank transfer to a Thai account if you prefer. Cancelling a booking is free. Waiting for a delayed flight is included, and the price covers the driver, fuel, tolls and taxes.
The ferry is not included in the price: plus ferry tickets, about 80 THB per person. From 24 December to 5 January 400 THB is added per car. The form shows the price for your date before you send it.
From Suvarnabhumi the form offers a VIP meeting at the airport, and for a trip that ends at Suvarnabhumi it offers a VIP farewell. The farewell costs 2,500 THB per passenger, adults and children alike. For both, the form asks for the passport number, name, citizenship and gender.

Questions about booking
Do I pay when I book?
No. You pay the driver after the trip. If you need to, you can prepay.
Can I book for the same day?
Yes, if you leave enough time before the pick-up. Write on WhatsApp at +66 99 393 6644 for a quick answer.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes. Tick the return option and give the return date and time. The return costs the same as the trip out.
Where do I choose the pier?
In the first step of the form. When Laem Ngop or Laem Sok is one end of the trip, the place field becomes a drop-down list of piers.
What if I do not get the confirmation?
Check the spam folder, or write to info@koh-chang-transfer.com with your name and the date.
